These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oravel (the "Service"), operated by Nextus Digital Solutions ("Nextus," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Oravel is a software platform that helps you plan, generate, and publish website content, including AI-generated articles and images, keyword research data, site audits, AI-visibility scans, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify. The Service is currently offered in an early-access program and features may change, be added, or be removed.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Workspaces ("organizations") may include multiple users you invite; you are responsible for the people you grant access to.
AI systems can make mistakes. The Service includes tools that add citations and flag risky claims, but you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of anything you publish. Nothing generated by the Service is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
When you connect a third-party platform (for example a Shopify store), you authorize the Service to act on it as configured by you (such as publishing articles). Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest. You may disconnect a platform at any time, which deletes the stored credential. Your use of connected platforms remains governed by their own terms.
You agree not to use the Service to: publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content; generate spam or content farms intended to manipulate search engines in violation of their policies; attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service; resell the Service without an agreement that permits it; or misuse another person's brand, likeness, or intellectual property.
Early-access pricing is agreed individually. When public plans launch, fees, billing cycles, usage limits (such as monthly article allowances), and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
The Service is built on third-party providers, including AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI), search-data providers, hosting, and authentication. Their availability affects the Service, and their processing of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and their own terms.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant particular search rankings, AI citations, traffic, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (or US$100 if you have paid nothing).
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law. Upon termination we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your content for a limited period.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material we will notify account holders (for example by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
